PERSONAL TRAINING TIPS

 

Warm Up 5-10 minutes of cardio followed by 5-10 minutes of stretching before exercising. This prevents any unnecessary damage to joints and tendons as well as increases your performance during exercises. Additionally, this helps your body get into shape quicker by speeding up recovery.

Well friends and comrades tend to stick together throguh thick and then, Right. Why not train together? Exercise classes are main focals of gyms however they are not designed specifically to you. Small groups of 3-5 are ideal and can get the intesity with group motivation to obtain goals. Lets Go!!!
